Draining the heating system
The removal of the old boiler and evacuation of it.
The supply and installation of a Vaillant eco TEC plus VCW 376 boiler
Vaillant assembly kit with GAS, heating and sanitary taps
Evacuation of combustion fumes via 60/100 mm wall suction cup (length 1 m included)
Gas: connection to the gas pipe of the old boiler (existing pipe).
Boiler connection: hydraulic, sewer and electric.
Filling of the heating system and commissioning of the boiler.

For the Fixed Price of: €5000 6% VAT included The reduced VAT rate of 6% only applies to private homes that are at least 10 years old. GUARANTEE: 2 years full guarantee on the work (parts, labor and travel)

Suction Cup

A wall suction cup (length 1 m) for the evacuation of combustion fumes is included in the offer. The suction cup can be installed in any space, but, in order to avoid any risk of intoxication with combustion fumes, minimum distances must be respected in relation to openings (windows and exterior doors).

CHIMNEY CASING: THE SUCTION CUP IS NOT SUITABLE?

Chimney Tubing C93:

A flexible tube (80 mm) introduced through the chimney of the building.
Depending on the configuration of your home, if the suction cup is not suitable, the combustion gases will be evacuated via a flexible tube 80 mm in diameter introduced into the chimney of the building (diagram attached).
Price of the tubing: 10 meters of PP tubing, including accessories, an additional €800 including 6% VAT.
Important to know: If you replace an old atmospheric boiler connected to a chimney, with a condensing boiler, you must surely pipe the chimney. In this case, the supplement of €800 applies.
