The Vaillant eco TEC VC 306 boiler (30 kW) combined with a 150 liter hot water tank is the ideal solution for heating a living area of 200 m^2, with exceptional comfort in sanitary water; that is, prefer a bath to a shower.
The 150 liter boiler connected to the boiler guarantees high comfort in hot water. The heating time is very short thanks to an efficient exchanger. The device delivers a peak hot water flow of 195 liters in just 10 minutes. You can take a bath, a shower and do the dishes at the same time!

Forced draft boiler. The existing chimney will be reused, with specific casing. The boiler draws in the air necessary for combustion from outside via the pipes passed through the chimney.

EVACUATION OF COMBUSTION FUMES: SHOULD THE CHIMNEY BE LINED?

Chimney tubing: A flexible tube (80 mm) introduced through the chimney of the building.

Depending on the configuration of your home, if the suction cup is not suitable, the combustion gases will be evacuated via a flexible tube 80 mm in diameter introduced into the chimney of the building (diagram attached).
Price of the tubing: 10 meters of PP tubing, including accessories, an additional €800 including 6% VAT.
Important to know: If you replace an old atmospheric boiler connected to a chimney, with a condensing boiler, you must surely pipe the chimney. In this case, the supplement of €450 applies.
